Weekdays = Monday - Friday
Business days = Monday - Saturday

Orders are shipped from our warehouse from Monday to Friday.

 

For deliveries to Europe*, the USA and Canada, the Incoterm DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) applies (exceptions see below).

 

*For deliveries to Great Britain, Norway, Switzerland and Liechtenstein the Incoterm DAP (Delivered at Place) applies. Any costs incurred for customs, handling and taxes are to be paid by the customer upon receipt of the goods. If you refuse to pay customs and import fees, the order will be sent back to CLEW. In this case, your account may be charged for shipping and handling.
