What does Preorder mean?
By pre-ordering, you are reserving your CLEW Independence at an exclusive, one-time price. This is the only discount of the year at CLEW. We run pre-orders every year because for the past seven years, our products have always sold out, and even for 2025/26, production was limited. That’s why in summer 2026, we are producing an additional large batch. There will be no other discounts during the 26/27 season, and there will be no Black Friday deals. What about returns and warranty?
You have the same rights as with a regular CLEW order. The warranty lasts two years from receipt. In addition, the standard 14-day return policy applies from the date you receive your binding in September. That means you can pre-order now and review your binding calmly upon delivery. If you change your mind, you can return it to us free of charge within the return period.
When will my order be delivered?
Delivery will take place in September 2026. You will be informed via email about the shipping status beforehand. And yes, you can cancel your pre-order anytime before shipping, and until shortly before shipment, you can adjust your delivery address and size through our support team.
