What does Preorder mean?
By preordering, you are reserving your CLEW Decoded Board.
What about returns and warranty?
You have the same rights as with a regular CLEW order. The warranty lasts two years from receipt. In addition, the standard 14-day return policy applies from the date you receive your board in September. That means you can preorder now and review your Board calmly upon delivery. If you change your mind, you can return it to us free of charge within the return period.
When will my order be delivered?
Delivery will take place in September 2026. You will be informed via email about the shipping status beforehand. And yes, you can cancel your preorder anytime before shipping, and until shortly before shipment, you can adjust your delivery address and size through our support team.

For deliveries to Great Britain, Norway, Switzerland and Liechtenstein the Incoterm DAP applies. Customs, handling and taxes are to be paid by the customer.
